Ron Jacobson, finance partner and co-chair of Winston & Strawn's corporate lending and debt capital markets practice groups, spoke at Turnaround Management Association's MidAmerica Regional Conference on September 13, 2012 in Chicago. The theme of the sixth annual conference was "Creating Opportunities in a Slow Growth Period."
Mr. Jacobson moderated the panel titled "Capital Markets Update," which addressed the current state of capital markets and challenges to be addressed when structuring and closing financings in today's market. He was joined by David J. Lochner, senior vice president of RBS Citizens Bank; David D. Onion, CEO of Chicago Capital Holdings, LLC; Phillip Ostroski, senior vice president of Citizens Bank; and Geoffrey A. Richards, managing director, head of special situations and restructuring at William Blair & Company.
