Mark Bravin, a partner in Winston & Strawn's Washington, D.C. office who focuses his practice on international dispute resolution and international trade, spoke at the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) 2012 Annual Conference held June 27-30 in Chicago.
Mr. Bravin spoke on the panel titled "International Agreements: Critical Contract Provisions - Don't Leave Home Without Them." This session focused on:

- Dispute resolution—planning ahead for trouble or termination
