Thomas Mills, managing partner of Winston & Strawn's Washington, D.C. office, spoke on a panel titled "The State of Law Firm Finances in 2011 and Beyond," held December 7, 2011 in Washington, D.C. This breakfast session was presented by the National Law Journal and Legal Times and discussed the current state of firm finances and provided a forecast for 2012. Mr. Mills was joined by Alice Fisher and Elizabeth Stern. David Brown moderated the panel.
