Ricardo Ugarte, managing partner of Winston & Strawn’s Geneva office, said: “We are delighted to have Franz back. He has a unique skill-set and significant arbitration experience as counsel and arbitrator. His return will undoubtedly enhance Winston's international arbitration practice.”
