Winston & Strawn intellectual property attorney Marc Trachtenberg, was quoted in the UA Sports column that appeared in the Arizona Daily Star on October 27, 2009.

The article discusses Chris Bosh of the Toronto Raptors recent successful lawsuit to regain rightful control of his own domain name. Winston helped Bosh regain ownership of his name and in lieu of a large cash judgment, he accepted the rights to almost 800 domain names belonging to other well-known athletes and entertainers.

In the column, Trachtenburg explains that "Chris is basically willing to just give them back to anyone who has rights to the domain, if they demonstrate who they are. A number of celebrities and athletes have come forward." Many names are yet to be reclaimed.
