James Junewicz, a partner in the firm's Chicago and New York offices who focuses his practice on securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions, spoke at Practising Law Institute's Drafting Securities Filings 2011 in Chicago. This hands-on workshop analyzed the principal forms used for filings with the SEC under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, with particular emphasis on the mechanics of and timing for assembling particular filings.
