James Junewicz, a partner in Winston & Strawn's Chicago and New York offices who focuses his practice on securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions, participated on a panel during Ernst & Young's IPO Readiness event, "Going public: Navigating the course successfully," on May 26, 2011.

Mr. Junewicz presented "Milestones to mapping your IPO journey." He was joined by Michael Murphy, J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, Executive Director; Jeff Shepherd, Ernst & Young, Partner — Advisory Services; and Jill Schwieterman, Ernst & Young, Partner — Tax.
