Winston & Strawn tax partner Chuck Moll, who is based in the firm's San Francisco office and concentrates his practice in state and local tax matters, was among the speakers for the Summer Institute in Taxation series presented by New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Mr. Moll, who presented on this topic during the Summer Institute series in 2008, spoke at the Introduction to State and Local Taxation program held July 20-22, 2009 in New York.
