Andrew McDonough Moderates Panel at Northwestern's 2010 Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference
Firm Speakers: Andrew J. McDonough
The University Club of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois

Winston & Strawn partner Andrew McDonough, who is based in the firm's Chicago office and concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, moderated a panel discussion at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management's 2010 Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference held on February 10, 2010 in Chicago, IL. The firm also served as a gold-level sponsor of this event.

Mr. McDonough's panel, titled "The LP Panel: The Limited Partner Perspective," examined the environment for limited partners, particularly regarding the changed landscape of fundraising, terms and conditions, climate with general partners, and exit opportunities.

The Kellogg Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference brings together practitioners involved in venture capital and buyouts and will provide an excellent forum for discussing the opportunities and challenges that are currently reshaping the industry.
