Winston & Strawn partner Eric Cohen, head of the firm's PIPE practice, was among the speakers as the 2008 ABA Annual Meeting held August 8-11, 2008 in New York City. Mr. Cohen presented a speech titled "Blank Check Offerings, Reverse Mergers and PIPE Financings - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" as part of the Middle Market and Small Business program.
The Annual Meeting brought together all ABA Divisions, Sections, Committees and Commissions and offered more than 200 programs designed to help attendees improve their professional skills. The event also featured an EXPO that highlighted the latest developments and products pertaining to the practice of law. |
