Winston & Strawn partner James Topinka, based in the San Francisco office, will be among the speakers at the Fifth Annual E-commerce Best Practices Conference titled How to Deal with the Uncertainties of Online Business to be held June 13, 2008 in Stanford, Calif.
Mr. Topinka, who focuses on financing and development of start-up and emerging companies, will speak on a panel titled "Corporate Law, M&A, Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance Best Practices for E-commerce Businesses."
The conference is sponsored by the Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology, its Center for E-Commerce, and the Association of Corporate Counsel, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
