The Reporter cites Elkin's representation of EMI in a $100 million suit against ringtone provider Infospace, defense of music memorabilia clearinghouse Wolfgang's Vault in a copyright infringement suit, and recent trial victory for Yahoo!'s LAUNCHcast music service in a copyright infringement action brought by Sony BMG (view the press release on this victory).
