Accolade

Anthony Borrego, of counsel in Winston & Strawn's Los Angeles office, was named a "Rising Star" by the Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC-SoCal). The annual award honors young outside and in-house counsel and highlights their work and contributions to the legal community. The 2012 ACC-SoCal "Rising Stars" were selected based on nominations from in-house and outside counsel peers.

Mr. Borrego's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
