Bryan C. Goldstein, Partner

Bryan C. Goldstein is a partner in the firm’s New York office who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Mr. Goldstein represents private equity and venture capital funds, investment banks, and LBO firms. He also has assisted publicly traded and privately held companies in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has participated in all stages of such transactions, led teams of other attorneys, and drafted and negotiated documentation for these deals.
