Céline Leroux is an associate in Winston & Strawn’s Paris office concentrating her practice in environmental law matters.
Ms. Leroux counsels clients on the applicability of various national and European environmental law requirements, particularly in connection with the sitting and permitting of regulated facilities.
She advises clients as purchasers or sellers on the environmental aspects of transactions, including identification of environmental issues and potential risks through performance of audits.
Her practice also encompasses litigation before French civil, commercial, and administrative courts in connection with environmental law issues.
Education
Ms. Leroux received a Maîtrise in 1999 from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne, and and a DEA in Public Law in 2000 from the University of Paris XI - Faculté de Sceaux.
Ms. Leroux also received a Engineer in Environment, I.S.E. in 1999.
