Mark Rizik is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, construction, real estate and sports law.
Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, Mr. Rizik served as an attorney at the Brennan Center for Justice, where his practice centered on campaign finance law and issues of liberty and national security.

- Bovis Lend Lease (LMB) Inc. v. Lower Manhattan Development Corp. — Represents the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation in contract dispute involving the deconstruction of former Deutsche Bank building in Lower Manhattan.
- Eller v. National Football League Players Ass'n. — Represents the NFL Players Association in class action regarding benefits of retired players.
- Ruderman v. Washington National Ins. Co. — Represented insurance company in class action regarding home health care benefits.
Education
Mr. Rizik received a J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2010, where he was a Robert McKay Scholar and staff editor and articles editor on the Annual Survey of American Law. He received a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2007.
