Dania Becker is a corporate associate in the firm’s Chicago office who focuses her practice on private equity and renewable energy project finance transactions.
Ms. Becker represents clients in the formation and management of private equity funds, as well as with the evaluation and negotiation of private equity investments. Through her project finance practice, she represents both developers and investors in renewable energy transactions, including solar and wind projects.
Education
Ms. Becker received an A.B., with honors, in International Studies and Germanic Studies from The University of Chicago in 2004 and a J.D., cum laude, in 2009 from Washington University School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review.
