Ralph V. Pantony, III is an associate in Winston & Strawn’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on antitrust and trade regulation issues, including mergers and acquisitions requiring Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings, and foreign filings and approvals. Mr. Pantony has significant experience with gaining regulatory approval for business transactions from U.S. antitrust authorities.
Additionally, Mr. Pantony has experience litigating government contract disputes. He has also been involved in sundry general litigation matters.
Activities
Mr. Pantony has served on the Board of the New York Chapter of Bike to the Beach.
Education
Mr. Pantony received a B.S. in Environmental Science in 2006 from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2009, where he was the business and technology editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review.
