Christina Roupas is a corporate associate in the firm’s Chicago office concentrating her practice on securities offerings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
Ms. Roupas has experience representing both issuers and underwriters in debt and equity offerings, including IPOs and offerings of high-yield securities. In addition, Ms. Roupas regularly counsels public and privately held companies on day-to-day corporate matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, public reporting obligations, and other transactional and business issues.
Activities
Ms. Roupas is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
Education
Ms. Roupas received a B.A. in History and Political Science in 2005 from George Washington University and a J.D. in 2008 from William & Mary School of Law, where she was articles editor of the William and Mary Law Review and served as a member of the William & Mary National Moot Court Team.
