Jonathan Brodhag is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office who focuses his practice on banking and finance matters. His representative transactions include the following:
- Represented the administrative agent and joint lead arranger in a $1.1 billion senior secured asset-based credit facility for a national food distribution company.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in a multicurrency senior secured credit facility for an international corporate and financial communications firm.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in a $130 million senior secured asset-based credit facility for a major processor of seafood products.
- Represented the administrative agent in a $111.9 million combined first lien/second lien senior secured credit facility for a leading provider of petroleum equipment.
Activities
Mr. Brodhag is a member of Class 30 of Leadership Charlotte, is a project coordinator for the Hands on Charlotte volunteer network at the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, and serves as a board member for two non-profit amateur athletic organizations serving the greater Charlotte area.
Education
Mr. Brodhag received a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication and a B.S. in Business Administration in 2001 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received a J.D. and an M.S. in Information in 2005 from the University of Michigan.
