Jason Bennett is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office and focuses primarily on corporate lending transactions.
Mr. Bennett represents financial institutions, institutional investors, sponsors, and borrowers in connection with structuring and documenting syndicated and single-bank credit facilities, including multicurrency, acquisition, first lien/second lien, mezzanine, and asset-based financings. He frequently represents the lead arranger and administrative agent on leveraged and investment grade syndicated credit facilities for companies in a variety of industries.
Education
Mr. Bennett received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, summa cum laude, in 1997 from North Carolina State University and a J.D. in 2004, with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served with the Texas Journal of Business Law.
