Jaime Gatenio, an associate in the firm’s Chicago office, concentrates her practice on debt financing transactions.
Ms. Gatenio represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors and borrowers in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured loan transactions. She has represented financial institutions such as Bank of America, N.A., JPMorgan Chase Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Madison Capital Funding LLC and borrowers and private equity groups such as Industrial Opportunity Partners LLC and Stepan Company.
Education
Ms. Gatenio received a B.B.A. in Finance in 2003 from Emory University and a J.D., cum laude, in 2006 from Brooklyn Law School.
