Florence Naudin is a corporate of counsel in the firm’s Paris office who concentrates her practice in commercial, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring activities.
Ms. Naudin’s experience includes a variety of transactions, including mergers, spin-offs, split-ups, joint ventures, and real estate transactions. Her contractual experience includes commercial leases, business lease agreements, financial leases, services agreements, and agency agreements.
Ms. Naudin previously served as manager associate in FIDAL Internationale (correspondent law firm of KPMG) and served as chief legal officer for an industry group.
Activities
Ms. Naudin is a member of the EDHEC Alumni Association.
Education
Ms. Naudin graduated from EDHEC Business School in 1995. She received a Licence in law in 1997 from the University of Poitiers, a DJCE — DESS in Business and Tax Law in 1998 from the University of Poitiers, and a CAPA in 1999 from the Centre Régional de Formation Professionnelle des Avocats.
