Jeff Dobosh is an associate in the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn. His practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, incentive equity matters, and general corporate counseling. Mr. Dobosh has significant experience in all matters related to partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations, including use, formation, operation, and taxation. He regularly advises privately held companies on joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and complex restructurings.
Representative clients include: MacLean-Fogg Company, Deltak edu, LLC, MacLean Investment Partners, Cressey & Company LP, and Rasmussen, Inc.
Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, Mr. Dobosh was a tax consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He is a certified public accountant.
Education
Mr. Dobosh received a B.B.A. in Accountancy, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2000. He received an M.S. in Accountancy — Taxation, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2001, and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2006.
