Caleb Turner is an associate in the litigation department of Winston & Strawn’s New York office. Mr. Turner concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, primarily in the areas of securities and derivatives, antitrust and trade regulation, corporate governance, white collar crime, and general commercial disputes.
Mr. Turner has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a range of civil and criminal actions, as well as appellate matters in federal and state courts. Representative clients include officers and directors of major banks, prominent individual investors, financial services providers, and businesses across a wide variety of industries.
Mr. Turner has extensive experience representing clients in Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice investigations, including parallel investigations, and has represented clients in securities fraud and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act prosecutions, among others.
Education
Mr. Turner received a B.A. in Philosophy from Yale University in 2003. He received a J.D. in 2006 from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Politics.
