Anna Evangelou is a consultant to Winston & Strawn who concentrates her practice in international transactions.
Ms. Evangelou's experience includes mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and corporate lending transactions, in addition to London Stock Exchange and Alternative Investment Market listings. She also has advised on establishing business operations in the UK and related corporate and regulatory matters, including UK/EU data protection issues.
Ms. Evangelou is a fluent Greek speaker with significant experience dealing with Greek clients in relation to corporate and corporate finance matters.

Education
Ms. Evangelou received a B.SC. in 1995 and a B.A. in 1997, both from the University of Kent. She received an LL.M. from the University of London, King’s College in 1998, and an L.P.C. from The College of Law in 1999.
