Jennifer Malin is a litigation partner in Winston & Strawn's New York office who concentrates her practice on product liability and complex commercial litigation.
Ms. Malin’s experience includes defending consumer product companies in complex product liability matters, representing a telecommunications company in false advertising and unfair competition matters, representing entities in contractual disputes, defending securities actions, and conducting internal investigations.
Activities
Ms. Malin manages the litigation associate assignments for the New York Litigation Department, is a lecturer in the firm’s associate training program, and participates in the firm’s mentoring programs for associates and summer associates. She also actively participates in lateral and summer associate recruitment. She previously served as a member of the firm’s Associate Evaluation Committee and Summer Associate Committee.
Education
Ms. Malin received a B.A. in Art History and French, cum laude, from Wellesley College in 1992 and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1997, where she was notes and comments editor of the Brooklyn Law Review.
