Marie-Léonie Vergnerie is a partner of Winston & Strawn Selarl in the Paris office concentrating her practice in environmental matters.
Ms. Vergnerie has handled administrative, civil, and criminal litigation cases, as well as environmental audits for mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. She also has advised industrial and public entities on various aspects of French and European environmental regulations.
Activities
Ms. Vergnerie is a member and former president of the Association of Young Environmental Lawyers.
Education
Ms. Vergnerie received a Maîtrise in English and French Private Law from the University of Paris I in 1997 and an LL.B. in English and French Law from King's College, London, in 1997. She received a D.E.A. in Environmental Law from the Universities of Paris I and II in 1998.
