Christi Graff is a partner concentrating her practice in commercial real estate matters. Ms. Graff has assisted clients throughout the country in a wide range of matters, including commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, tenant-in-common transactions, real estate development, land use and joint venture transactions, project finance, commercial leasing, secured lending, and energy transactions, including solar and wind development projects.
Honors and Awards
She received the David C. Hillard Award for Outstanding Service as co-chair of the Real Estate Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section. Each year from 2005 to 2010, she was named as an Illinois Super Lawyer.
Activities
Ms. Graff is a member of the American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association, and served from 2002-2004 as co-chair of the Real Estate Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section.
Education
Ms. Graff received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Creighton University in 1991, and a J.D. from the University of Chicago in 1994, where she was the comment editor for the University of Chicago Law School Roundtable.
Speeches and Publications
Ms. Graff served as a panelist for “Real Estate Finance 101: An Overview of a Commercial Real Estate Loan Transaction,” which was presented at a Chicago Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section seminar in June 2004.
