Arlene Lim is a partner in Winston & Strawn’s corporate department. She concentrates her practice in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, and general corporate advice and counseling.
Ms. Lim advises private and public companies, private equity funds, financial institutions, and individuals in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, securities offerings, and restructurings. She also counsels boards of directors, corporate management, and significant shareholders on corporate governance, disclosure, and reporting obligations.
Ms. Lim has represented companies such as The Boeing Company, Morningstar, Inc., Cabot Microelectronics Corporation, Coleman Cable, Inc., Vera Bradley, Inc., Water Street Healthcare Partners, and Tricor Pacific Capital.
Ms. Lim received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1995. She received a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 1998, where she was a member of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology.
