Representative examples of our experience in this area include:

• Designing and implementing a Code of Business Ethics and Corporate Compliance Plan and conducting key person training for a company with more than 30 geographically dispersed operating locations.
• Internal review of a major supplier of commercial products to the Department of Defense for compliance with Buy American Act, export controls, and other contractual and regulatory requirements.  Assisted with the implementation of a training program with a tiered approach for senior management, mid-level management, and field sales team members.
• Designing and conducting an internal compliance audit of a Fortune 50 U.S. defense contractor on government contracts and export control compliance.
