Debby Cusumano Caldwell joined Winston & Strawn in 1996 and serves as the director of attorney recruitment. She is responsible for all aspects of the attorney recruitment process on a firm-wide basis and she works closely with the firm’s managing partner on lateral partner hiring. She also manages the lateral partner integration process.
Activities
Ms. Caldwell is active in the Chicago Association of Legal Personnel Administrators, and has served in the past as the treasurer for that organization. She has also been a member of the National Association for Law Placement (“NALP”) since 1988.
Education
Ms. Caldwell received a B.A. from the University of Florida in 1988.
