ADM claimed that UOP''s sale to it of molecular sieves, used in removing water from ethanol, breached certain implied warranties. At the close of discovery we successfully argued that the Uniform Commercial Code precluded the implied warranty claims under the contracting documents and other circumstances in this case, resulting in ADM''s claims being dismissed in their entirety.
