| Winston scored a major victory for client, Ultreo, Inc. against the Procter & Gamble Company in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. P&G, the manufacturer of Oral B toothbrushes and other dental care products, brought an action against our client, Ultreo, the creator and manufacturer of the Ultreo power toothbrush. P&G alleged that Ultreo made false and misleading advertising claims with respect to the ultrasound component of its power toothbrush. A four-day evidentiary hearing was completed on P&G's request for preliminary injunctive relief, and the court held that P&G was not entitled to such relief. |
