Intellectual Property Co-chair David Enzminger spoke at USC Gould School of Law’s 2017 Intellectual Property Institute on March 21, 2017. This annual event brought together IP professionals for a discussion of emerging issues and best practices in copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and other related fields.
Mr. Enzminger moderated the “Judicial Perspectives on the New World of Intellectual Property” panel, which featured prominent federal judges for a discussion on changes in the courtroom now and for the future for trials, experts, damages, discovery, forum selection, and other areas.
In addition to serving as a sponsor, Partners David Enzminger and Jennifer Golinveaux also serve on the Intellectual Property Institute’s Planning Committee. Mr. Enzminger also served as Chair of the Patent Program for the Intellectual Property Institute.
