Chicago-based Partner Maureen Rurka spoke at the joint Midyear Meeting of The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 9 on Patent Damages and Remedies and Working Group 10 on Patent Litigation Best Practices on February 11, 2016, in Pasadena, CA. Winston & Strawn sponsored the conference.
