Addition of Partners Fabricant and Drucker to IP Practice Gains Attention

Winston & Strawn's recent addition of IP partners Lawrence Drucker and Alfred Fabricant was featured in various media outlets, including Bloomberg, Law 360, and The ABA Journal. Fabricant and Drucker join the firm's intellectual property practice group in the firm's New York office, where Fabricant will serve as head of the group.

In reference to the new partners, Michael Elkin, managing partner of the firm's New York office, said "Fred and Larry bring enormous talent and energy to our IP litigation practice. The new partners have represented clients based in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Both litigate in patent, trademark and copyright matters with experience in electronics, robotics and computer software cases. They join Winston & Strawn as partners from Dickstein Shapiro.
